Marketing & Customer Coordinator
What is your challenge?
You manage a variety of marketing functions with a hands-on execution, and combine it with limited internal sales tasks. This versatile job creates a holistic approach to customer experience, enhancing all your marketing efforts.
What is your range of duties?
- Execute and coordinate all marketing activities with possible outsourcing of graphic design and photography.
- Responsible for all content creation & copywriting.
- Realise all marketing material (collection bunches, all kinds of samples for customers and architects, customer sample books ...).
- Maintain and update the company's website and social media platforms.
- Carry out all E-newsletters via Mailchimp.
- Coordinate all visual activities (subcontract to photographer, search for locations & pictures, make videos...).
- Organize & maintain the picture library.
- Manage & coordinate exhibition participations (lead booth builder, communication with the organization , full practical preparation...).
- Develop professional HR vacancies based on input from HR and post them.
- Direct CRM systems to ensure correct customer data for sales reporting & maintain customer records.
- Work on additional lead generation for sales managers.
- Organize company events.
- Assist in product & brand management: create new products in ERP & maintain databases.
- Perform a marketing budget and follow-up.
- Limited internal sales for some dedicated accounts, to have a good feeling of the customer experience as well as the ERP.
Who are you?
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Project management and communication skills.
- Possessing a strong sense of an aesthetic and excellent writing skills.
- Adobe insights/background is preferable.
- Flexible attitude concerning job content, can multitask effectively.
- Stress-resistant and able to work with deadlines.
- Mother tongue Dutch, speaks and writes fluently English and German.
