Sunconfex BVBA (hereinafter: we), with company number BE 0875.026.508 and registered office at Dehemlaan 27, 8900 Ypres, assures you of the confidential processing of the data that you submit to us via the website. We take your privacy seriously. We process the obtained personal data in accordance with the provisions of the Belgian Law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with respect to the processing of personal data and all subsequent amendments and additions, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (also known as GDPR) of 27 April 2016. 2. Definitions
Personal Data: Any information about an identified or identifiable living natural person. Website: The websites hosted under www.sunconfex.eu; www.improvedscreen.euuser:Any natural person who uses the website either interactively or non-interactively. Interactive use: Any use of the website whereby you actively enter personal data on the website, whether through an electronic form you have filled out or not. Non-interactive use: Any use that cannot be considered an interactive use, for example, simply browsing the website.

If you simply take a look at our website, no personal data are processed. However, if you interact with the site (subscribe to newsletters, fill in the contact form, leave a comment, write a review, etc.), the data you enter will be processed by us. The data controller processes personal data obtained through the website for one of the following purposes:
- execution of assignment supported on concluded agreement

The maximum duration for this is 5 years.
The reason for this retention period is the warranty period of our products
