As Quality, R&D & Sustainability Manager, you are responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the group’s policies on quality, R&D, innovation, and sustainability. You
do not directly manage a team, but you generally serve as the project leader for all initiatives within your role. You serve as the overarching, independent link between sales, purchasing, and production, and are the primary point of contact for production, suppliers, and customers. You do not stand on the sidelines as a policy-maker, but take an active role in implementation. You report directly to the CEO. This is a standalone position with real substance and company-wide impact—not a peripheral staff role, but a strategic and operational position at the heart of the organization.
Team Leader – Day Shift

Combine leadership with hands-on work as a Team Leader in production at Sunconfex Group.
At Sunconfex, you will manage a team of 20 garment workers, work with experienced colleagues and mentors, and ensure that our production runs efficiently, smoothly, and to a high standard. From our site in Ypres, we produce custom-made sun protection textiles for customers throughout Europe on a daily basis. As a team leader, you will ensure that your team works together effectively, that the schedule is met, and that the quality of each fabric is guaranteed.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the plant’s internal logistics process—from receiving goods to supplying production and order picking, all the way through to shipping. This position is also suitable for career changers. We’ll cover the cost of your forklift certification.
Data & Analytics Specialist
As a Data & Analytics Specialist, you serve as the bridge between the business, IT systems, and data. You collaborate with department heads across the entire group—from Sales and Supply Chain to Manufacturing and Quality—on both operational and substantive matters, and translate their needs into smart analyses, ERP configurations, and Power BI dashboards that are actually used.
Production Employee Screen (Day or Evening Shift)
Every day you will work on the production of sun protection textiles for one of the leading players in Europe. Each fabric is unique (custom-made for the customer) and is sent to manufacturers of sun protection systems with the highest quality and delivery reliability. As a team player you are versatile and able to operate different machines.
Production worker Awning + Screen (Day or Evening shift)
You will work every day in the confection of quality awning textiles at one of the biggest players in Europe. Each fabric is unique, fully customized for the customer and must meet strict quality standards. You will support both our screen and awning departments, where you will work with larger fabric material and specialize in cutting, stitching and gluing. As a true team player, you will operate various machines in a polyvalent manner and help ensure a perfect finish and reliable delivery to our customers.
Warehouse Logistics Employee (day shift)
Every day, you will contribute to the production and logistics flow of sun protection textiles at one of Europe's largest players in this field. Each fabric is unique—fully customized to the customer's specifications—and is shipped to manufacturers of sun protection systems with the highest quality and delivery reliability. In this role, you will ensure an efficient flow of goods from A to Z: from receiving and buffering fabric rolls to collecting, packing, and preparing our fabrics for shipment. In addition, you will monitor order and tidiness in the warehouse and closely track the necessary documents and stocks. As a team player, you will be able to work in a versatile manner and combine different tasks, making you an important link in our production and logistics process.
