Team Leader – Day Shift

Are you someone who likes to get people moving in the workplace? Combine leadership with hands-on work as a Team Leader in production at Sunconfex Group. At Sunconfex, you will manage a team of 20 garment workers, work with experienced colleagues and mentors, and ensure that our production runs efficiently, smoothly, and to a high standard. From our site in Ypres, we produce custom-made sun protection textiles for customers throughout Europe on a daily basis. As a team leader, you will ensure that your team works together effectively, that the schedule is met, and that the quality of each fabric is guaranteed.

Production worker Awning + Screen (Day or Evening shift)

You will work every day in the confection of quality awning textiles at one of the biggest players in Europe. Each fabric is unique, fully customized for the customer and must meet strict quality standards. You will support both our screen and awning departments, where you will work with larger fabric material and specialize in cutting, stitching and gluing. As a true team player, you will operate various machines in a polyvalent manner and help ensure a perfect finish and reliable delivery to our customers.
