Supply Chain Assistant

What is your range of duties?
- Manage material requirements based on checklists.
- Oversee delivery deadlines and maintain clear communication with suppliers and the warehouse.
- Coordinating efficient shipments of finished products.
- Ensure accurate inventory management in our ERP system.
- Provide support for improvement projects and seek solutions to daily challenges.
- Assist in managing master data and production orders for flawless operations.
Who are you?
- Excellent administrative skills with proficiency in Dutch, French and English (German is a plus).
- Experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment is a plus.
- A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a critical eye for detail.
- Very strong numerically and analytically.
- A hands-on mentality with the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Social and team-oriented.
