Production Employee Screen (Day or Evening Shift)
What is your challenge?
Every day you will work on the production of sun protection textiles for one of the leading players in Europe. Each fabric is unique (custom-made for the customer) and is sent to manufacturers of sun protection systems with the highest quality and delivery reliability. As a team player you are versatile and able to operate different machines.
What is your range of duties?
- cloth finishing according to cloth label
- to cut cloths correctly and efficiently with cutting machine
- finishing cloths accurately with the welding machine
- to crosscheck finished fabrics against label
- to assist colleagues in finishing, checking and/or packing
- to maintain order and tidiness in your workplace

Do you have ...?
- A good metric and spatial understanding (e.g., difference between mm, cm, m, etc.).
- Sense of getting active and moving every day.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment (as a plus, not a requirement).

When will you come to work?
We work with 2 shifts, with you firmly choosing 1 of the two.
Day shift:
For the day shift, we work a standard hourly schedule of 37.5h/week. Where you will build up extra recup in the high season. To compensate, you can of course take recup in our off-season.

Evening shift:
For the evening shift we work immediately standard hourly schedule of 32.5h/week. In which you will build up extra recup in the high season. To compensate, you can of course take recup in our off-season.
